Do I need to be an AgriSafe member to view a training?
No, you don't have to be a member. You do need to set up a profile to register. Set up an account here. Many of our trainings and webinars are free and open to the public. Information about whether or not a training has a fee associated with it will show when you click on 'Register'.
I am having trouble accessing a training, what do I do?
The issue could be your browser. We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser. Courses in Elevate require the following systems to operate properly: Windows 7 or later, Mac OS X 10.9 or later, Chrome 60 or greater, Firefox 52 or greater, Edge 14 or greater, Safari 10 or greater, iOS 10 or greater, Internet Explorer 11.

If you are trying to register or are in the middle of a course and things aren't working, please submit a Help request and one of our team will get in touch with you.
I'd like to request a refund. How can I do that?
To request a refund, please email Stacey (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 30 days of your purchase. We can not offer refunds when continuing education has already been awarded.
