Ben joined Farm Rescue at the beginning of 2023 and currently lives in Gilbert, Iowa. Ben grew up on his family’s row crop farm in Southeast Iowa and has worked for other row crop and livestock farms his entire career. Ben worked as an assistant row crop manager for Summit Farms in Alden, IA for 5.5 years before coming to Farm Rescue. Earlier in his career, Ben sold John Deere equipment in Story City, IA, and sold Ag Leader and other precision ag products in Ames, IA. Serving as a certified volunteer Firefighter/EMT, Ben has been part of Gilbert-Franklin Township Rescue Agency for 14 years.
