AgriSafe Learning

The first step is to set up a ‘profile’ by clicking on the Create Account button in the upper right-hand corner (open https://learning.agrisafe.org in a web browser). Creating an account is free - choose the Basic account option.

After you create an account, go to Courses and click on the Nurse Scholar course. You will see a “Register” button. Follow the prompts, enter payment or discount code and you will be added to the course.

At this time, we cannot accept installment payments. All fees must be paid prior to starting the course.

www.agrisafe.org and learning.agrisafe.org are websites managed by the AgriSafe Network. AgriSafe.org is the primary website for information about AgriSafe and our programs.

learning.agrisafe.org is the location for our learning management system. That address will take you to the location for all of our live and OnDemand training opportunities. You will access the Nurse Scholar course from learning.agrisafe.org.

The cart button is located on the right-hand side of the screen and is the last tab in the dark green box. Once you click on the cart button, you will be able to complete registration from there.

Yes, contact information is available in the presenter information. All of our presenters welcome your questions and comments. Email is the best way to get in touch with them.

PDFs of all the course PowerPoints are located in the Handouts tab of the Nurse Scholar course. You can download the pdf files to your device if you’d like to keep a copy.

If a serious event impacts your ability to complete the course on time, please contact Ansley (afey@agrisafe.org) as soon as possible. We cannot do course refunds but in rare emergency situations, we may be able to work with you so you can successfully complete the program. Extensions can be difficult to arrange, but we want to work with you for the best possible outcome.

You will have unlimited access to the course recordings. You can review them as many times as you’d like.

You will have access to your CNE certificate immediately after you finish the program. The certificate will be a downloadable pdf on the AgriSafe Learning Lab under the AgriSafe Nurse Scholar Program course content.

It is important that each nurse checks with his/her own state Board of Nursing to determine continuing nursing education (CNE) credit. It is recommended that you do this prior to the start of the course.  To date, this Nurse Scholar program and the continuing education credits have been approved for all participants.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by University of Nebraska Medical Center and AgriSafe. University of Nebraska Medical Center is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
